High Protein Breakfast Bowl
This recipe is packed with protein (29g!) and has been a staple not only for me, but also for a number of my weight loss clients. One of my clients has this on her regular rotation, while maintaining a 15+ lb weight loss! It is filling and WORKS for weight loss!
A side note — If cottage cheese isn’t your thing, just swap 1:1 cottage cheese out for plain Greek yogurt. I personally love the savory combo of cottage cheese with the salty pumpkin seeds, finished with a hint of sweet from the blueberries. 🤤
WHAT’S IN IT 👇🏻 :
3/4c LF cottage cheese (I used LF Good Culture here )
1/4c pumpkin seeds (Go Raw is my favorite simple and clean brand for sprouted pumpkin seeds )
1/2c blueberries
All you have to do is combine the above ingredients and enjoy. If you are super busy in the mornings, and need something quick to grab — I recommend making this the night before or a few servings of this recipe in multiple jars at the start of the week.
