Katy Spencer is a registered dietitian with an integrative focus in holistic nutrition and nontoxic living. She lives in Pensacola, FL with her husband and three children.
Prior to starting Simply Spencer Nutrition, Katy worked in the clinical field of nutrition for those in the inpatient oncology setting. From there and through motherhood, Katy has transitioned her practice towards focusing on women. Her approach to nutrition supports a balanced approach to pregnancy and postpartum health, weight loss, hormone balance, and digestive health.
Katy received her Bachelor’s of Science from Auburn University’s Nutrition & Dietetics program, and went on to complete her post-graduate dietetic internship at Winthrop University in South Carolina. She has found her work as a holistic dietitian nutritionist to be the most rewarding of her career thus far.
